1. Definitions & Interpretations

Within these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings specified:

• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account on the we1win11 platform.
• "Account" refers to the unique registered user account belonging to each individual we1win11 member.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total amount of funds in MYR (RM) held in a member's account at any given time, including both cash and bonus credits.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credits, rebates, or rewards granted to a member by we1win11 subject to specific conditions.
• "Turnover" or "Turnover" refers to the total wagering amount a member must complete before a bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• "Services" refers to all games, Sports Betting, promotions, and other features available on the we1win11 platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the we1win11 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) we1win11 account only. Registering more than one account under the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances without compensation.

We1win11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Members who fail to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may have their accounts suspended or temporarily closed.

3. Member Account Management

You are fully responsible for the security of your we1win11 account and all activities that take place under it. This responsibility includes:

• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with any other party.
• Ensuring that your account information — including your name, phone number, and payment details — is accurate and up to date.
• Notify we1win11 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Not allowing any other individual to use your account for any purpose.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

For withdrawals, processing times depend on the member's VIP membership tier: Platinum within 15 minutes, Gold within 30 minutes, Silver within 45 minutes, and Bronze within 60 minutes. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. we1win11 reserves the right to request additional identity verification for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000. 5. Bonus & Promotions

6. Game Rules

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed, except in cases of evident technical malfunction.
